Experience:

Paul J. Buser has been successfully practicing law for over 35 years.  Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Paul earned his B.A. from Purdue University and his J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law.  Mr. Buser is a diplomat of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy and has also been awarded advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) diplomat certifications from American Bar Association/Harvard University, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution/Pepperdine University and Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution/University of Idaho.

Mr. Buser has handled cases as far away as Japan, England and India, and with assets as large as 110 million dollars.  He is licensed to practice law in Arizona, New York, Illinois, Ohio, Idaho, and also before the United States Court of Appeal 6th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Districts of Northern and Southern Ohio and before the United States Supreme Court.  He is experience within both the family court and probate court systems.  From his Scottsdale Perimeter Center location, Mr. Buser welcomes Arizona residents as well as out-of-state and international clients when their residential and business interests require legal counsel in Arizona.
